XConsult is based in South Africa.  We assist South African residents and non-residents with cross-border transactions.  South Africa has exchange control regulations in place and it is often difficult to get pragmatic and useful advice from the South African banks.  That in turn sometimes leads to delays in clearing international transactions such as loan funding and equity investments. We have a thorough understanding of these regulations and their practical implications.
