Tenants create profiles for themselves with all the information landlords use to evaluate the quality of applicants namely — identity & employment information, reviews from past landlords and credit/payment history. Great profiles rise to the top of the list and give them an advantage in the competition for good rentals. Ekaya also helps tenants manage their rental (and rental-related) payments and gives them greater control over their money.
